Poker definition

A poker format where the betting limits on each street are fixed. The game's limits are set with two numbers, the second twice the size of the first. The smaller number reflects the bet amount on early streets, the larger one is the amount bet on later streets. For example, in a $3/6 limit hold'em game, players may bet or raise in $3 increments pre-flop and on the flop, and must bet or raise in $6 increments on the turn and river.
