Slovenia's Blaz Zerjav was the last player standing in 2025 WSOP Event #22 $25,000 High Roller NL 6-Handed to win his first bracelet and $1.7 million in cash. Scott Bohlman won his second bracelet in Event #17 $2,000 NLH, which paid out $436K. Ryan Hoenig navigated a tough final table to win Event #18 $10,000 Dealers Choice 6-Handed Championship for $354,444. Michael Lavin secured his second bracelet in Event #20 $1,500 NL Shootout which paid out $267,373. Zachary Zaret won his first bracelet when he outlasted a stacked final table in Event #21 $1,500 PLO, which paid out $248,245. Brazil's Aloisio Dourado won his first bracelet in Event #23 $1,500 Badugi for $138,114.

After another wild weekend, the 2025 WSOP chugs along. Several bracelets were doled out in the last few days and a couple of players snagged the second bracelet of their careers. Another High Roller is in the books. Slovenia has been a hotbed for talent. One of the best basketball players in the world, Luka Doncic, is from Slovenia. The reigning Tour de France champion, Tadej Pogacar, also hails from Slovenia. And the latest WSOP bracelet winner is also a resident of Slovenia. Event #22 $25,000 High Roller NL 6-Handed attracted 336 players and a prize pool just a smidge under $7.9 million. The top 51 places paid out and some of those pros who went deep and cashed included Mustapha Kanit, Fabian Gumz, Kristen Foxen, Galen Hall, David Peters, Jonathan Jaffe, Nick Schulman, Barak Wisbrod, Darren Elias, Brian Rast, David Coleman, Ognyan Dimov, Matthias Ebinger, Julien Sitbon, John Riordan, Boris Kolev, Nick Maimone, Chino Rheem, Joao Vieira, Thomas Muehloecker, Seth Davies, Michael Gathy, Santhosh Suvarna, Brock Wilson, Thomas Eychenne, and Lucky Chewy.
Daniel Sepiol bubbled the 6-handed final table in seventh place. The final table had a couple of sharks and included Chris Moorman, Jared Bleznick, Landon Tice, Blaz Zerjav, Paulius Vaitiekunas, and Aram Oganyan. Moorman and Zerjav were heads-up for the title, but Zerjav denied Moorman a third bracelet. Moorman settled on a runner-up finish and $1.13 millon in cash. Not too shabby. Zerjav get to fondle approximately $1.735 million and slap his first bracelet on his wrist.
Event #17 $2,000 NLH had a field with 1,692 runners and a prize pool worth a little more than $3 million. The top 254 places paid out. The final table included Scott Bohlman, Dusti Smith, Umesh Babusukumar, Quan Zhou, Benjamin Williams, Xiaohu Liu, Rafael Mota, Henrik Juncker, and Samy Boujmala. Bohlman knocked out Dusti Smith heads up and banked $436,044 and locked up his second bracelet. Among the notables who went deep and cashed in the Top 200 included... Event #18 $10,000 Dealers Choice 6-Handed Championship attracted 152 players who generated a prize pool worth $1,413,600. Only the top 23 places paid out. Among the familiar faces who cashed in this event included Dan Zack, Jon Turner, Andrew Kelsall, Gus Hansen, Allan Le, Nick Guagenti, Phil Hellmuth, Naoya Kihara, Aaron Mermelstein, Alex Livingston, Bradley Jansen, Eric Wasserson, and Dzmitry Urbanovich. The final table included Ryan Hoenig, Dylan Smith, Philip Sternheimer, Dario Alioto, Matthew Vengrin, and Brandon Cantu. Adam Friedman bubbled the final table in seventh place. Hoenig was the last one standing after he picked off Matt Vengrin heads up to win $354,444 for the victory.
Event #20 $1,500 NL Shootout had a field of 1,299 runners and the top 150 places paid out. The final table included Michael Lavin, Michael Rossitto, Punnat Punsri, Linyang Song, Luis Yepez Carmona, Jason Wheeler, Jordan Westmorland, Drew Oconnell, and Joel Vazquez. Lavin defeated Rossitto for the bling and took home $267,373 and his second bracelet.
Event #21 $1,500 PLO attracted 1,176 players. The top 178 places paid out of the $1.56 million prize pool. The final table included Zachary Zaret, Calvin Anderson, Christopher Vitch, Darryll Fish, Ronnie Tate, Bryce Yockey, Marco Johnson, Andres Korn, and Donny Rubinstein. Zaret won his first bracelet when he picked off online guru Cal Anderson in a heads up battle. First place paid out $248,245.
