This is a four-card form of triple draw lowball in which the object of the game is to make the lowest possible hand, each card in a different suit. The best possible hand is A-2-3-4 rainbow. Straights are permissible, but paired or suited cards devalue your hand. The exact origins are unknown, but this card game supposedly got its start in Korea. This is slang for a “baller” or a winning player who embraces the high-roller lifestyle by spending a large portion of their winnings on material items, partying, and women.
