Get ready for some stellar action at the virtual tables if you live in Brazil with the fifth incarnation of the insanely popular Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) series returns online to PokerStars with 25 events starting July 7 and running through July 12 with $1.6 million in guaranteed prize pools. The champions will be awarded a coveted BSOP trophy for their excellence.

BSOP2021

Brazilians know how to party. They host one of the craziest and most exciting events in the world, otherwise known as Carnival, where party people from all over the planet converge upon Brazil for the festivities and to purge their souls before the start of Lent.

When poker reached the shores of Brazil, they embraced the game much like football and superstars quickly emerged like Andre Akkari, who became Brazil's most notable and likable pro.

The Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) was introduced to bring a festival-like experience to the poker tables. In the age of COVID, many popular tournaments headed online to the virtual tables to provide a safer environment but to also give more players access to join in on the fun and win a small mound of cash.

The BSOP returns for a fifth time at PokerStars. The 2021 BSOP has the largest guaranteed prize pool in the brief history of the affair. The 2021 BSOP includes 25 events with $1.6 million in guaranteed prize pools. Buy-ins for the BSOP start as low as $5.50 with the highest price tag at $530. Vamooooos!

The 2021 BSOP begins on July 7 and concludes on July 12. That's six action-packed and fun-filled days to play poker against the top Brazilians in the world. Everyone loves a sparkling trophy and the winners in those 25 BSOP events will each win a special trophy. Will anyone win multiple events this year?

If you like guarantees, then check this out... the Start-Up has a $65K guarantee. There's a High Roller affair that has a $100K guaranteed prize pool. The Mini Main also has a $100K guarantee. Oh, and don't miss the Big Hit and their $80K guarantee. The BSOP Main Event has a $400K guaranteed prize pool, which should be smashed this year.

The BSOP Main Event has a $215 buy-in and runs July 11 and July 12. The Mini Min Event has a $22 buy-in and starts on July 11. There's also a PLO Main Event with a $215 price tag on July 10.

The 2021 BSOP begins on July 7 with Event #1 Big Hit has a modest $11 buy-in but it's a huge hit among the locals.

If you're a high balla, don't miss the $530 High Roller.

The BSOP also includes a couple turbos, PLO 6-Max, NL Turbo, 9-Max Deepstack, 5-Card PLO, 6-Max NL, PLO8 6-Max, and a $55 old-school FREEZEOUT. There's a pair of wrap-up events on the final day July 12 with a $22 NL Wrap-Up Small and a $109 NL Wrap-Up Big. Don't miss those series-closing events.

PokerStars is also awarded freerolls into the WCOOP Main Event (Medium) which is valued at $530. The winners of the High Roller, Big Hit, and Main Event will lock up a free seat into the WCOOP Main Event. Not too shabby, eh?

Players can win entry to the BSOP via special Mega Freeroll, which commences on July 7 with $2,000 in BSOP Online tickets doled out. There's also satellites for just $0.55. So what are you waiting for? Get in on the action.
