Aussie pro Michael Addamo won his second bracelet at the 2021 World Series and his fourth overall with a victory in WSOP Event #87 $100,000 NL High Roller. Addamo outlasted 64 runners and edged out American Kevin Rabichow heads up to win $1.95 million. Addamo had a solid series with another bracelet victory in Event #38 $50,000 High Roller for a $1.1M score.

The 2021 World Series of Poker is almost over at the Rio Casino in La Vegas, but Spanish pro Leo Margets took down The Closer for $376,850 and her first bracelet. 2021 WSOP Event #83 $1,500 The Closer attracted 1,903 runners and Margets was the last player standing after besting a final table that included Stephen Song, Chris Moorman, and Cherish Andrews.

American pro Jeremy Asmus held off Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu at the final table to win 2021 WSOP Event #84 $50,000 PLO High Roller. Negreanu missed his chance to win bracelet #7 with a third-place exit, while Hellmuth lost heads up and was denied bracelet #17. Asmus outlasted 85 runners to win $1,188,918 and collect his second bracelet at the 2021 WSOP and third overall.

In the final weekend at the 2021 World Series of Poker, Spanish pro Adrian Mateos won his fourth-career bracelet with a huge score in Event #82 $250,000 Super High Roller. Mateos outlasted 33 runners and banked over $3.2 million after he defeated Ben Heath heads-up for the bling. Also, Welsh pro Robert Cowen won his first bracelet as the last player standing out of 496 entrants in Event #80 $3,000 6-Handed PLO, which paid out $280,916.

In the final week of the World Series of Poker, Benny Glasser won his fourth bracelet with a victory in 2021 WSOP Event #78 $10,000 Razz Championship by outlasting 109 entrants including a final table that featured Erik Seidel, Phil Hellmuth, Erik Sagstrom, and John Monnette. German pro Ole Schemion was the last player standing out of 468 runners to win 2021 WSOP Event #79 $1,979 Poker Hall of Fame Bounty NL for a score worth $172,499.

The 2021 WSOP Main Event is finally complete after Germany's Koray Aldemir was the last player standing out of 6,650 original runners in the $10,000 marquee event at the Rio Casino in Las Vegas. Aldemir defeated American George Holmes heads up at the final table to win his first-ever bracelet and $8 million in cash. Holmes earned $4.3 million for his magical run that unfortunately ended in second place.

The long-awaited final table of the 2021 World Series of Poker Main Event began on Tuesday at the Rio Casino in Las Vegas with a plan to play down to three players on Day 8. Germany's Koray Aldemir (246.6M) holds the chip lead with UK's Jack Oliver (77.3M) and American George Holmes (57.4M) still alive an in the hunt for the bracelet and $8 million in cash. Eliminations on Day included.... Joshua Remitio (4th place), Ozgur Secilmis (5th place), Hye Park (6th place), Alejandro Lococo (7th place), Jareth East (8th place), and Chase Bianchi (9th place).

Canada's Demosthenes Kiriopoulos bubbled the final table in tenth place.

The 2021 World Series of Poker Main Event Championship completed Day 6 and only 36 players remaining out of the 96 that restarted on Sunday. Hye Park bagged the chip lead at the end of Day 6 with 29.5M. The top five also included Demosthenes Kiriopoulos, Josh Remitio, Chase Bianchi, and Koray Aldemir. When Day 7 resumes on Monday, the final 36 will play down to the final table of nine.

Spain's Ramon Colillas began the day as the chip leader and he still retained a big stack with 12M as second overall. Jonathan Dwek, Zachary Mcdiarmid, and Jesse Lonis round out the Top 5 heading into Day 6. Chris Moneymaker, the 2003 WSOP Main Event champion, saw his run end on Day 5 with an elimination in 260th place.

Ramon Colillas, aka the Spanish Moneymaker, bagged the chip lead at the end of Day 4 with 292 players remaining at the 2021 WSOP Main Event at the Rio Casino in Las Vegas. Colillas won the first-ever PokerStars Players Championship a few years ago and he leads the WSOP Main Event with 5M. Stephen Chidwick is fourth overall, while Chris Moneymaker is still alive but shortstacked heading into Day 5.

The top 1,000 places pay out with $8 million set aside to the next champion. Everyone at the final table will lock up at least a cool million. Josh Arieh won his fourth-career bracelet and his second bling at the 2021 WSOP with a big victory in Event #66 $10,000 PLO8 Championship after he outlasted a field of 208 runners to win $484,791 as the last player standing. Arieh edged out Danny Chang heads up and outgunned a final table that included Dan Colpoys, Jeff Gross, and Adam Owen. Just two weeks ago Arieh won a PLO Donkament for his third bracelet.

The World Series of Poker announced the ten names that will be eligible for induction into the Poker Hall of Fame. This year's list has a trio of first-timers including the late Layne Flack and a couple of superstars that turned 40 including Michael 'The Grinder' Mizrachi and Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier. The other seven past nominees are Isai Scheinberg, Matt Savage, Mike Matusow, Ted Forrest, Jesus Ferguson, Eli Elezra, and Antonio Esfandiari.

On a Sunday night at the Rio Casino in Las Vegas, Phill Hellmuth won bracelet #16 as the last player standing in 2021 WSOP Event #31 $1,500 NL 2-7 Lowball Draw. Hellmuth outlasted 272 runners and banked $84,851 for his victory.
