Who doesn't love Kara Scott? The Canadian living in the U.K. first made a splash as a presenter for Poker Night Live before becoming the face of the European Poker Tour in the late 00s. She has since then launched a successful career in the poker media world. You've probably seen her on broadcasts for High Stakes Poker, EPT, WPT, and the WSOP. If there's a televised poker event, chances are Kara Scott was reporting on it.
888 announced that Kara Scott would become their newest brand ambassador. Scott was formerly sponsored by Party Poker. 888poker has recently been in the business of snatching up talent. They recently locked up 2015 WSOP Main Event Champion Joe McKeehen.
"All of us here at 888poker are thrilled that Kara has joined our team," explained Itai Pazner, the Senior VP & Head of B2C at 888. "Her achievements and outlook on the game and the industry are exactly what 888poker stands for and we look forward to having her on board."
I've long been impressed with 888poker's focus on providing a great player experience. I'm a big believer in just how much fun poker can be and adore being involved with the recreational side of the game, as well as the more serious side.
