The Monster Series will return to partypoker starting April 29 and it will run thru May 6. This installment of the Monster Series has a $2.7 million guarantee with 123 tournaments. The buy-ins will range from a modest $0.44 to $33. The Monster Championship event on May 6 has a $33 buy-in with a $300K guarantee.
The Monster Series returns! Cue the scary music. partypoker will throw another big online fiesta. The Monster Series returns for an eight-day festival of online poker madness on partypoker. The madness kicks off on Sunday April 29 and will eight days thru the next Sunday, which is May 6.
The Monster Series is a series of six-handed and 8-max events of both the NL and PLO genre. There's a few progressive knockout events on the docket along with turbos. Yeah, everyone loves expediate blinds and a shot at a big payout in the smallest amount of possible time.
The cheapest buy-in will be a modest $0.44. Yeah for less than a half a buck, you have a shot at cash and glory. The biggest buy-in for the Monster Series is $33. That's not gonna break the bank if you want to take a shot at a "high-end" event.
How about routine? There will be a daily event kicking off at 6pm BST for every day during the Monster Series. Starting on 29 April, the first of the 6pm tournaments will kick off. These "flagship" events will have three varied buy-ins from $1.50 to $7.50 to $33. The low event has a $5K guarantee, while the medium has a $25K guarantee. The high-one will have a $33 price tag but it will also get a six-figure guarantee of $100,000.
There are two other big guarantees worth at least six figures for the Monster Series. Yeah, that's right. The rumors are true. There's a event with a $200K and $300K guarantee. On Sunday April 29, there's a $200K guaranteed Monster Event #3-High occurring at 6pm BST with a $33 buy-in. And of course, the Championship event has a special guarantee of $300,000. Not too shabby for a $33 buy-in event.
The guaranteed events on Sundays (April 29 and May 6) have buy-ins ranging from $1.50 to $7.50 to $33. There's a pair of $50K guarantee events in the medium-range format. Ya, for only $7.50 you can take a shot at a $50K guarantee.
There will also be a special shout out for the ladies. Yeah, how about a triple for the ladies? Three special ladies-only events will happen on the final day of the Monster Series. On May 6, there will be three events with buy-ins ranging from $1.50 to $33. The $33 buy-in event will also have a $5K guarantee.
