WSOP: Brian Rast wins 50K Poker Players Championship

Brian Rast came from behind to defeat Justin Bonomo heads-up to win the 2016 WSOP Poker Players Championship. The winner of the 50K buy-in event took home nearly $1.3 million in cash and was also awarded the Chip Reese Memorial Trophy, one of the most prestigious distinctions any poker pro can receive. The victory at the 50K PPC marks Rast's second 50K win and a third-career bracelet. Just before the WSOP commenced, Rast made headlines when he won a dangerous prop bet riding a bicycle from Las Vegas to Dan Bilzerian's house in Los Angeles. Rast completed the brazen task and won $600,000.
