Breaking News

MasterChef aired two episodes last night and David Williams survived the cut on both episodes of the popular cooking reality series. In the first episode, David Williams impressed Chef Gordon Ramsay with two standout dishes: Tandoori Black Cod with Red Quinoa and Chickpea Puree and Salmon Risotto with Asparagus, Peas, Fresh Tarragon, and Creme Fraiche. Williams survived the cut to advance to the Elite 8 home cooks. On the second episode, Williams passed a skills challenge and cooked an excellent batch of French Fries, which automatically got him into the final seven. Yes, only six other contestants stand in David Williams' way of becoming the next Master Chef!

I've just finished watching episode 16/17 of season 7 and after being a faithful viewer and huge fan of Chef Gordon Ramsey, I'm saddened to say, I'm done. I've lost total respect and admiration for Chef Ramsey. David tried walking out of the kitchen in a temper tantrum and instead of letting him go to be fair to other contestants, maybe show them respect, Chef runs after him! Talks him back into the kitchen! What if that had been Dan, or any of the others? That just isn't Gordon Ramsey's style. So, what makes David so special that he can have his temper tantrums, cursing, throwing things around, bad behavior and earn a place in the finale over much better cooks like Tenorria? Even Chef Christina said it herself in one episode when she said if he acted like that in her kitchen he would  be thrown out! So, what's up with Ramsey? Willing to lose viewers over David?! If this is the standard for the show, why should he bother cooking? Just have him show up at the finale and try to cook without having a temper tantrum or mood swings. This once deeply devoted fan is severely disillusioned, saddened, betrayed and completely shocked still by Chef Ramsey's behavior. Shame on you Chef Ramsey for showing favortiism, discrimination, bad judgment, disregard, disrespect for yourself, your fans, everyone but David. Truthfully, you're not really helping him either by giving in to his tantrums as a parent would a spoiled child. He's playing you like a finely tuned instrument and getting what he wants. He knows how to as he is a professional poker player. Ramsey, you've met your match! From a retired chef and recently devoted fan now an ex fan. I'm sorry to say we're breaking up, lol.
