Erkut Yilmaz and Frank Stepuchin win WPT titles

Frank Stepuchin faded a field of 253 runners to win the WPT Gardens. The final table played out at the HyperX eSports Arena at the Luxor in Las Vegas. The final six included Shannon Shorr, Steve Sung, Breant Roberts, Ray Qartomy, and Jonathan Abdellatif. Stepuchin defeated Shorr heads up for the title and $548,825. Meanwhile, at the WPT Rolling Thunder just outside Sacramento, California, Erkut Yilmaz won his second-career title on the WPT for a score worth $303,920. He outlasted a tough final table and beat Jim Collopy heads-up for the win.
