Alexander Yen wins 2022 WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open for $975K

The World Poker Tour finished off their first event of the new year and Alexander Yen shipped the 2022 WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida, which attracted 1,982 runners and a prize pool north of $6.3 million. Alexander Yen defeated Swedish pro Anton Wigg heads up to win $975,240, and he outlasted a final table that also included Josh Kay, Daniel Lazrus, Omar Lakdhari, and Nicholas Verderamo.
