Philip Hui faded a field of 74 runners to win the 2019 WSOP $50,000 Poker Players Championship after he outlasted a tough final table and defeated Josh Arieh heads-up for the victory. Hui banked $1,099,311 for first place and he earned his second career bracelet. Meanwhile, Anthony Zinno won his second bracelet with a victory in Event #60 $1,500 PLO8 for a score worth $279,920.

And then there were six remaining in the 2019 WSOP Poker Players Championship. Phil Ivey was the big stack at the end of Day 2 and Day 3 in the 50K PPC. However, on Day 4 Ivey met his fate in 8th place. David Oppenheim bubbled the final table that includes big stack Josh Arieh, Bryce Yockey, Phil Hui, John Esposito, Shaun Deeb, and Dan Cates. First place pays out $1.1 million on Friday.

The 2019 50K Players Championship is down to 12 players and Phil Ivey is the chi pleader. He held the big stack at the end of Day 2 and he's got the big stack at the end of Day 3. Over in 2019 WSOP Event #50 $1,5000 MONSTER STACK, Kainalu McCue-Unciano outlasted a massive field of 6,035 runners to win a cool million and his first bracelet.

Three more first-time winners won bracelets at the 2019 WSOP. Dash Dudley took down Event #52 $10,000 PLO 8-Handed for his first bracelet and $1,086,967. Spain's Santiago Soriano won his first bracelet with a victory in Event #53 $800 NL Deepstack. Over in the Razz craziness, Kevin Gerhart was the last player standing in Event #54 $1,500 Razz to win his first bling.

German pro Jonas Lauck finally won his first bracelet with a victory in 2019 WSOP Event #56 $1,500 NL Super Turbo Bounty. Lauck also banked $260,333. Yuri Dzivielevski took down Event #51 $2,500 Mixed Omaha 8/Stud 8 for $213,750. Jason 'TheBigGift' Gooch won his first bracelet with a victory in Event #55 ONLINE $1,000 Doublestack NL.

Another wild weekend at the 2019 WSOP. Korea's Jiyoung Kim outlasted a field of 968 runners to win Event #47 $1,000 NL Ladies. British pro Luke Schwartz won his first bracelet with a victory in Event #49 $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball. Fellow Brit Stephen Chidwick took down Event #25 $25,000 PLO High Roller for a $1.6 million score and his first bracelet. Not to be outdone, Ari Engel shipped his first bracelet with a victory in Event #48 $2,500 NL. Engel banked $427,399 for fading a field of 996 runners. Israel's Asi Moshe won his third bracelet with a victory in Event #44 $1,500 NL Bounty. Loren Klein also won bracelets in four consecutive years.

2019 WSOP Event #41 $10,000 Seven-Card Stud attracted 88 runners in a stacked field. The final table included numerous multiple bracelet winners including Johnny World Hennigan, Frank Kassela, David ODB Baker, Daniel Negreanu, and David Singer. Negreanu was seeking to win his seventh bracelet, but got denied by Johnny 'World' Hennigan. Johnny World won the 10K Stud and shipped his sixth career bracelet.

Event #34 $1,000 Double Stack attracted 6,214 and a prize pool worth over $5.5 million. Joe Cheong finally won his first bracelet with a big win the Double Stack. He banked $687,782 plus the bling. Robert Mitchell won his first bracelet with a victory in Event #37 $800 NL Deepstack outlasting a field of 2,808 for a score worth $297,537.

PokerStars introduced another new series which begins on Sunday, June 23. This one is in conjunction with a UFC promotion called the UFC KO Poker Series with 68 tournaments that all are Progressive Knockouts, including the Sunday Million, which will be a PKO format. Yup, 68 PKOs with no less than seven daily tournaments and buy-ins as low as $11! Players have a shot at winning a free trip to California to see UFC 241 live featuring Cormier vs. Miocic 2 in August.

Adam Friedman won his third bracelet by winning Event #35 $10,000 Dealers Choice. Friedman won the same event last summer and he's now shipped back-to-back 10K Dealers Choice events. Friedman defeated 2018 WSOP POY Shaun Deeb heads up for the bling. Also, David Lambard took down Event #36 $3,000 Shootout for a score worth $207,193.

Two more bracelets were awarded at the 2019 World Series of Poker. Upeshka 'gomezhamburg' De Silva shipped Event #38 ONLINE $600 KO Bounty for $98,262.72 and his third bracelet. Howard Mash outlasted 5,916 50-plus players to win Event #32 SENIORS $1,000 NL for $663K.

Russia's Roman Korenev outlasted 1,083 players to win 2019 WSOP Event #26 $2,620 NL MARATHON for a score worth $477,401 and his first bracelet. Luis Zedan, originally from El Salvador, won his first bracelet in Event #30 $1,000 PLO for a score worth $236,673... but he said he'll be donating 35% of his winnings to charity. Also, Robert Campbell from Australia won Event #33 $1,500 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw for $144,027.

Former hockey player turned poker pro Greg 'FBT' Mueller won his second bracelet after taking down 2019 WSOP Event #29 $10,000 HORSE. Canada's Mueller outlasted 172 players to win $425,347. He went ten years in between bracelet victories. Also, over in Event #31 $3,000 NL 6-Max, French pro Thomas Cazayous faded 754 players to win $414,766.

Ship it to the Grinder once again. Michael Mizrachi outlasted a field of 460 entrants to win 2019 WSOP Event #27 $1,500 Seven-Card Stud 8 for his fifth piece of WSOP jewelry. Mizrachi took down the $50K Poker Player's Championship last year and followed up with a bracelet in the second week of action at the WSOP. Also, Steve Song took down Event #28 $1K NL for a $341,854 score and his first bracelet.

The Millionaire Maker played down to its champion. Event #19 $1,500 NL Milly Maker attracted 8,809 runners and a prize pool that almost topped $11.9 million. John Gorsuch unleashed a sick comeback and outlasted the massive field for a score worth $1,344,930. Rami Boukai won his second bracelet with a win in Event #23 $1,500 8-Game Mix. Jorden Fox outlasted 3,253 runners to win Event #22 DOUBLE STACK for $420,693. Also, Andrew Donabedian won the DEEPSTACK PLO bracelet in Event #25 $600 PLO.

Talk about a blast from the past. Jim Bechtel won the 1993 WSOP Main Event and had to wait 26 years before he could slap a second bracelet around his wrist. Bechtel faded a field of 91 players to win 2019 WSOP Event #21 $10,000 NL 2-7 Lowball Draw for a $253,817 score. Bechtel outlasted a tough final table that included Darren Elias, Prahlad Friedman, Jean-Robert Bellande, Vince Musso, and Pedro Bromfman.

Eli Elezra won 2019 WSOP Event #20 $1,500 Seven-Card Stud for his fourth bracelet and his second one in Stud. Elezra banked $93,766 for defeating Anthony Zinno heads-up for the bling. Also, Josh 'loofa' Pollock shipped one of the online bracelet events. Pollock outlasted a virtual field of 1,216 runners to win Event #24 $600 ONLINE PLO 6-Handed for $139,740.

Old-school O8 player, Frankie O'Dell from LA, won 2019 WSOP Event #18 $10,000 Omaha 8 for a score worth $443,641. O'Dell faded a field of 183 players to win the Omaha 8 Championship. Dell won his third bracelet of his career, with his last one coming back in 2007 during the peak of the online poker boom. O'Dell survived a difficult final table that included Robert Mizrachi, Shaun Deeb, and David Benyamine.

The 2019 World Series of Poker continued at the Rio Casino in Las Vegas and we now have four more bracelet winners. Brazil's Murilo Figueredo won Event #14 $1,500 HORSE for a score worth $207,003. In the Event #15 $10,000 NL Heads-Up Championship, Sean Swingruber defeated Ben Yu for the bling and denied Yu a fourth bracelet. Isaac Baron finally won a bracelet. The pro from LA took down Event #16 $1,500 NL 6-Handed for $407,739. Brett Apter outlasted 917 runners to win $238,824 and a bracelet in Event #17 $1,500 NL Shootout.

Femi Fashakin, a software engineer from Orlando, Florida and originally from Nigeria, outlasted the largest field in the history of the WSOP to win The Big 50. It took nearly eight days to play out, but Fashakin faded 28,371 runners to win $1,147,449 and his first bracelet.

We have a couple more first-time bracelet winners from the 2019 WSOP. Daniel Strelitz won his first bracelet when he faded a field of 400 runners in Event #11 $5,000 NL. Strelitz banked $442,385 for first place. Maria Ho finished in fifth place. Over in Event #13 $1,500 NL Deuce-to-Seven Lowball Draw, Israel's Yuval Bronshtein won his first bling and banked $96,278.

Scott Clements won his third bracelet and only had to wait approximately 12 years to win once again. Clements outlasted a field of 470 runners in Event #10 $1,500 Dealer's Choice. He banked $144,957 for first. Over in Event #9 $600 Deepstack, local pro Jeremy Pekarek faded a juicy field of 6,150 runners to win $398,281 and his first bracelet.

Alex Epstein outlasted 114 runners to win Event #8 $10,000 Short Deck NL. Epstein binked the WSOP's first-ever Short Deck event. Epstein banked $296,227 for first place and simultaneously knocked out Thai Ha and bracelet winner Anson Tsang on the final hand. Meanwhile, Daniel Park outlasted a field of 2,452 runners to win Event #12 $1,000 NL Super Turbo Bounty for a score worth $226,243.

British pro Ben Heath outlasted a field of 110 runners to win the 2019 WSOP $50,000 High Roller title. Heath banked $1,484,085 for first place. His final table also included the likes of Andrew Lichtenberger, Elio Fox, Chance Kornuth, Sam Soverel, Dmitry Yurasov, Nick Petrangelo, and Cary Katz. Also, you can add Dan Zack's name to the list of first-time bracelet winners. The New Jersey pro was considered one of the best pros who went deep at the WSOP, but never won a bracelet. He can finally cross his name off the list after Zack won Event #6 $2,500 Limit Mixed Triple Draw for a score worth $160,447.

German pro Ole Schemion outlasted a field of 76 runners at the 2019 Baccarat Crystal WPT Tournament of Champions to win a first place prize worth $440,395. He defeated Tony Dunst heads-up for the WPT TOC title. Also at the final table were Simon Lam, Nick Schulman, Griffin Paul, and Ryan Tosoc.

The 2019 WSOP is underway with three more bracelet winners after the opening weekend of action. Nicholas Haynes, a dealer at the Aria, won Event #1 $500 Casino Employee Event for $62,345. Derek McMaster won Event #4 $1,500 Omaha 8 for a $228K score. Yong 'LuckySpewy1' Kwon won the first online event of the summer with a victory in Event #7 $400 Online NL that included a final table featuring Phil Hellmuth.

Craig Varnell, a pro and bracelet winner from Colorado, outlasted a field of 577 players to win the WPT Choctaw for $379,990. Varnell defeated Will Berry heads-up for his first WPT title, which played out the final table in Las Vegas inside the Luxor's swanky eSports Arena.
