Match Poker Online launches app to sportify poker on global scale

Match Poker Online is trying to transform poker into sporting competition and an Olympic sport. It's a long and difficult process, but the folks at International Federation of Match Poker are up for the task. In the meantime, Match Poker Online launched their new app on Feb. 14, and players participate in Battle Royale mode and compete in upcoming seasons to determine who's the premier poker players in the world.

The 2022 PokerGo Cup concluded at the Aria Casino and Jeremy Ausmus won the 2022 Poker Go Cup with one victory and four overall top three finishes. He banked $824,500 in winnings plus a $50K bonus and the coveted PokerGo Cup. Ali Imsirovic won Event #7 $25K NL for $365,500, and Sean Perry binked Event #8 $50K NL for $640,000. Daniel Negreanu outlasted 35 entries in Event #6 $25,000 NL to win $350,000 after outlasting a final table that included Sean Winter, Vikenty Shegal, Stephen Chidwick, and Brock Wilson. Nick Petrangelo binked Event #5 $25,000 NL for $369,000 after he was the last player standing out of 41 runners, and Jeremy Ausmus shipped Event #4 $15,000 NL for a $263,250 score.

Daniel Colpoys ended an eight-year draught and won his first major live event since 2014 with. Colpoys shipped PokerGo Cup Event #1 $10,000 NL which attracted 77 entrants, and he banked $200,200 for the victory. Sean Perry was the last player standing in Event #2 $10,000 NL which attracted 80 runners. Perry banked $200,000 for his victory.
