Get ready for the third installment of the PokerStars North American Poker Tour (NAPT), which return to Las Vegas. Resorts World will host another 10-day festival of tournament poker between November 3 to 12. The NAPT Las Vegas Main Event has a $5,300 buy-in and $3 million guarantee, which begins November 6. The diverse schedule includes events with buy-ins ranging from $330 to $50,000 including a Women's High Roller.

Another live tournament series returns to Las Vegas. PokerStars has been the leader in host international tournaments, but Las Vegas had always been absent from their tours until the triumphant return of the North American Poker Tour. Now that PokerStars as returned to a number of US states, it made sense that the NAPT would experience a rebirth like a phoenix rising from the ashes.
PokerStars teamed up with Resorts World to make it the home base of the NAPT Las Vegas. The last two events have been remarkable and tons of fun. Last year's installment set a high-water mark but all parties involved will try to eclipse last year's impressive numbers.
The 2024 NAPT Las Vegas Main Event attracted 895 runners who generated a prize pool topping $4.3 million (and despite the guarantee, it was not necessary!). English pro Nick Marchington is no strange to the bright neon lights of Las Vegas. Marchington first made a name for himself when he final tabled the 2019 WSOP Main Event for a seventh-place finish and a seven-figure score. Five years later, he returned to Sin City and snagged his second-largest cash to date, Marchington cruised to a victory in the 2024 NAPT Las Vegas Main Event that was worth $765K.
Several well-known figures were in attendance including football legend Gronk! Yes, more buzz was created around the arrival of Super Bowl champion Rob Gronkowski than anyone else even sports media personality Nick Wright, footballer Gerard Pique, and Phil Hellmuth. Yikes, the Poker Brat upstaged by Gronk!
As the press release from Red Spade HQ eloquently stated, "The success of NAPT Las Vegas 2024 cemented the tour's place as a premier destination on the global poker calendar."
The 2025 NAPT Las Vegas will run over 10 days in early November, beginning on November 3 and concluding on November 12. As a former resident of Las Vegas, November is one of my favorite months to be in Sin City because the weather is great. If you're worried about the circus-like atmosphere during the now annual F1 race, do not worry. The NAPT series will end one week before the road closures and F1 insanity begins. If that's your bag, then stick around and make your sojourn to Las Vegas a double dip of poker and Formula 1.
"The NAPT in 2025 will continue to bring together seasoned pros and rising stars for high-stakes action, world-class hospitality, and unforgettable moments. PokerStars is once again set to deliver a dynamic, inclusive, and electrifying poker experience," the press release from PokerStars continued.
The exact details will be released soon. But here are some key dates and events.
