PokerStars released the schedule for the upcoming 2023 World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP). This year's epic and popular online series features 110 tournaments with three different tiered buy-ins and $80 million in guaranteed prize pools starting on Sunday, September 10 and running for 25 days through October 4. There are 12 championship events on the docket at the 2023 WCOOP.

Get ready for another wild September. PokerStars is always the place to be in September since the inception of the WCOOP over twenty years ago. The WCOOP has ballooned to a behemoth of an online poker tournament series. So, mark your calendars for Sunday, September 10 which is the start of the 2023 WCOOP which will run for over 3.5 weeks and concluding in early October. Yup, that's a lot of poker in a 25-day span.
One of the coolest aspects of the COOP-branded series is that PokerStars features three different buy-in levels -- low, medium, and high -- so poker players with various bankroll sizes and different skill levels have a chance to partake in the festivities.
There's also various Leader Board prizes with $100K at stake to reward the top player at the 2023 WCOOP.
The WCOOP also gives players a chance to take a shot at an increased buy-in level through various satellites that cost as little as $0.55.
There's also special Spin&Go's with price points at $0.75, $4, and $20.
In addition, there's the popular Fast Track satellites for the Main Event that cost as little as $2.20.
The 2023 WCOOP has 110 tournaments and 15 championship events. Events have a buy-in as low as $5.50 and go up to $25,000.
The WCOOP Main Events begin on Sunday, October 1. The Main Events have a $12.5 million in total guaranteed prize pools. The $109 Main Event Low has a $2.5M guarantee. The $1,050 Main Event Medium has a $4M guarantee. The $10,300 Main Event High has a whopping $6M guaranteed prize pool.
Each WCOOP Championship Event winner will secure a special trophy. WCOOP Championship Events formats including $5,200 PKO NL, $1,050 HORSE, $1,050 2-7 Triple Draw, $5,200 6-Max NL, $1,050 PLO8, Heads-Up NL, $1,050 Razz, $2,100 8-Game, $1,050 NL 2-7 Single Draw, $215 buy-in Women's Championship, and World Championship $10K Main Event NL and $10K PLO
The first WCOOP Championship Event kicks off on September 10 with the World Championship of PKO NL which has a $5,200 buy-in and has a $1 million guaranteed prize pool.
WCOOP POWER PATH
You can also play the 2023 WCOOP through POWER PATH. Yes, it's a dawn of a new era with players getting a chance to participate in the 2023 WCOOP through Power Path Qualification with $285,000 in WCOOP tickets added to Power Path Step 3 and Step 4 tournaments, so you can swap out passes for WCOOP events and ticket bundles.
- The Silver Pass has two options for $2,500 bundles. The first bundle includes 28 tickets to various events including one $530 WSOOP ticket and ten $22 WCOOP tickets. The second bundle includes 12 tickets including two tickets to Main Event Medium and two tickets to Main Event Low, plus eight $22 WCOOP tickets.
- The Gold Pass can be used for the $10,300 buy-in Main Event High, or exchanged for a ticket bundle. The Gold Pass bundle has 15 tickets including one $5,200 WCOOP ticket, four $1,050 tickets, four $109 tickets, and six $55 tickets.
