With four remaining, Ben Heath found himself surrounded by three players from Malaysia. Michael Soyza hit the road first. Fourth place paid out £1.1 million or approximately $1.35 million USD.
Ben Heath busted in third place. A truly heroic effort for the British pro. Third place paid out £1.35 million or $1.64 million. With Heath's elimination, the heads-up battle for the title came down to Paul Phua and Wai Kin Yong.
The final two chopped up the money and played for 150K and the trophy. When the dust settled, Phua busted in second place and Yong went on to the victory.
