Poker definition

The World Series of Poker (also known as the WSOP) is the most prestigious poker tournament series in the world. The brainchild of Benny Binion, the WSOP runs every summer in Las Vegas. The WSOP was played at Binion's Horseshoe from the early 1970s up until 2005, when it relocated to the Rio Casino. Winners of each WSOP event are awarded a champion's bracelet.
