Hat trick for Chino! Chino Rheem won the WPT SHR $10K Poker Finale in Hollywood, Florida by fading a field of 322 players. The prize pool was over $3.2 million and Chino took down $705,885. The final table was a 170-hand slog and Rheem knocked out his heads-up opponent Aditya Prasetyo in under 40 hands to secure the win. This is Rheem's first major win in Florida. He's two previous WPT victories occurred at the Bellagio Casino in Las Vegas at the 2008 Doyle Brunson North American Classic and the 2013 WPT Championship.

Mark three, dude! If you're counting at home, Chino Rheem notched his third-career victory on the World Poker Tour and he has now passed $8 million in tournament winning. Both of Rheem's previous wins occurred at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. In 2008, Rheem shipped the Doyle Brunson North America Classic. The $15K buy-in event paid out $1.5M to Rheem. In 2013, Rheem shipped the $25K buy-in WPT Championship at the Bellagio for $1.1M. Rheem's win at the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Finale included a $705,885 payday for this high-end $10,000 buy-in event. A total of 322 runners showed up for this Poker Finale.
Chino began the final day second overall, but his overall experience and killer end-game thrust him into the winner's circle for a third-career victory. The final table lasted 170 hands, 40 of which were a heads-up battle between Rheem and Aditya Prasetyo. Rheem was a little too aggro for neophyte Prasetyo to handle. “I'm thrilled about the win, fo' sure,” said Rheem. He and his backers/creditors are also thrilled with his win, but they declined to comment for the piece.
