HOT !

Mark your calendars! 888 Poker is running another XL Inferno Series starting on May 10 and ending May 20. There will be 34 events including a $1 million guaranteed Main Event. There's special bonuses in play to winners of multiple events starting at $1,000 for 2, $10K for 3, $100K for 4, and if anyone binks 5 XL events, then they'll get a bonus worth $1 million!

When it's hot... it's hot. The XL Inferno Series returns to action at 888 Poker Starting May 10. The XL Inferno spans 10 days with 34 different events. There's bonus money at stake for anyone who ships multiple events. Plus bonuses for players who dominate the series and cash in at least 8 events or make 6 final tables. But wait, there's more! In addition to the $1 million guaranteed Main Event, there's also ways to win a WSOP Main Event package for this summer's big showdown in Las Vegas.

The XL Inferno Series kicks off on Thursday May 10 at 19:00 GMT with a $109 buy-in $100K Guaranteed Opening Event. There's two other events on the opening day. The $12 buy-in Mini-Opening Event has a $20K Guarantee, while the $55 Late-Opening Event has a $25K Guarantee.

Friday May 11 is the Twins Friday with a pair of $20K Guaranteed events. Both have a $55 buy-in.

It's Crazy 8s Saturday in the third day of action. The $50K Crazy 8 has a $88 buy-in.

Sunday May 13 will have 5 XL events with buy-ins ranging from $12 to $1,050. The High Roller Whale has a $1,050 buy-in with a $200K guarantee.

There's another High Roller on Tuesday May 16 with a $2,600 buy-in $200K Guaranteed high-ball throwdown. Plus a $215 buy-in Mini High Roller with a $100K Guarantee.

The Thursday Quarterback on May 17 features three events with the Mini Quarterback having a modest buy-in of $44 for a $25K Guaranteed event. The $75K Quarterback has a $215 buy-in.

The second Friday will be KO Friday with a $150 buy-in $25K KO event.

The second Saturday features 6-Max events with the $160 buy-in anchor event having a $50K Guarantee.

The final four events will go down on Sunday May 20 and includes the $30 buy-in $50K Micro, $160 buy-in $200K Mini-Main, $215 buy-in $150K Mega Deep, and the $1,050 buy-in Main Event championship that has the $1 million Guarantee. There's also a $215 buy-in Main Event Mega Satellite that will give away at least 50 seats, so that might be the best chance to win a seat to the big one.

The XL Inferno Series will reward loyal players by giving bonuses to players who make multiple deep runs. There's a special promo called REACH THE FINAL TABLE, where players who advance to three or more final tables earn a $600 tournament ticket.

There's also a special IN THE MONEY promo for players who cash in multiple events. Anyone who cashes in 8 or more events will earn a $215 tournament ticket.

The big promo that everyone is talking about is the win 5 XLs and win a $1 million. Yeah, that's it. No catch. No BS. No shinola. If anyone ships 5 events in the XL Inferno series, then they will get $1 million as a bonus. Holy smokes, Batman! Sounds impossible, right? Let's be honest... the math is not on your side, but anything can happen. When players run hot... the run over every table in sight until they cool down. I'm hoping someone comes close and makes it a great sweat!

But if you fall short of the mark, you can still win bonus cash. I think the 4X winner for $100K also seems far-fetched, but I think the triple win and double win are certainly probably. If you win two XL events, then you'll get a bonus of $1,000. And if anyone binks three, they'll get a $10K bonus for their hat trick.

There's WSOP packages up for grabs too. Yeah, the top three finishers in the XL Inferno Champion of Champions event (comprised of all of the XL winners) will get awarded WSOP Vegas prize packages worth $12,500).
